Whether you’ve just tied the knot (congrats!), someone can't make the holiday or your finger slipped on the keyboard, getting names right is top of the list for a stress-free trip. The good news is that most tweaks are easy to fix.
Things you DON'T need to change ✅
Don't sweat the small stuff! You don't need to contact us or pay a fee for:
Middle names: These aren't required for your booking.
Capital letters: These don't matter to the airline or hotel systems.
Titles: (Mr, Mrs, Miss, etc.) These don't impact your ability to fly.
Got married? 💍
If you’ve got married since booking and your passport now has a new name, first of all—congratulations! As marriage name changes are often handled differently by airlines, the best thing to do is drop us a message via Live Chat. We’ll check the airline’s specific policy and see if we can get that updated for you with the right documents.
How to request a change 💡
Log into My Bookings and find the holiday you need to manage.
Hit View and Manage Booking and dive into the Make Changes section.
Select Passenger Changes.
Choose the option that fits your situation:
✅ Correct a Spelling: For minor typos.
🔁 Change Passenger: For a full name swap if someone else is taking a spot on the holiday.
What happens next? ⏰
Follow the steps on the screen and select the most accurate reason for the change.
See the cost: The system will give you a breakdown of the costs for the change before you commit.
Submit your request: If you're happy with the quote, submit it! Our Amendments team will then jump in to finalise the update with the airline and hotel.
Sit back and relax: We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as the changes are all locked in.
The Costs 💰
We keep our fees as low as we can, but airlines often charge for name changes.
On the Beach Admin Fee: £30 per person (if you're more than 60 days from travel) or £45 per person (within 60 days).
Supplier Fees: On top of our fee, the airline may charge their own amendment fee, which varies by airline.
