How can I make a change to my hotel booking? (different hotel, board basis, room type, number of rooms etc)

Having second thoughts about your hotel or need to make a change? No worries, we're here to help!

What can I change?

You can:

🏩 Change to a completely different hotel

🛏️ Change your room type or board basis (at the same hotel)

🤹‍️ Add extra rooms to your booking

How can I change it myself?

  1. Head over to My Bookings.
  2. Click View and Manage Booking (💡Make sure you've selected the right holiday).

  1. Scroll to Make Changes then select Hotel Changes.
  1. Pick what change you want to make.
  1. Follow the steps on screen - sorted!

'Hotel Changes' isn't showing in my booking, what do I do?

If the 'Hotel Changes' option isn't appearing in your booking, it means we are unable to process this specific request through our system at this time.

  • For Room or Board Basis Changes: We recommend contacting the hotel directly to see if they can accommodate your request.

     

    ⚠️Heads Up: We cannot facilitate hotel changes within 10 days of your departure. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel your booking within this window, the hotel will charge the full cost of the stay.

Are there any fees for changing my hotel?

A standard admin fee will apply for hotel changes (price is dependent on your change request and how soon you’re due to travel), plus any additional room costs on the booking.
