Holidays shouldn’t be stressful. That’s why we’ve made changing your dates as simple as possible.
Go to My Bookings.
Select the booking you’d like to manage.
Click Manage Booking in the menu.
Scroll down to Make Changes and choose Holiday Changes.
Select Change Dates.
You’ll then see a calendar with all the available dates you can move your holiday to.
If you find dates that work for you, you’ll be shown a quote with the updated cost of your holiday.
✅ Once you’re happy, tick the checkbox to confirm. Your request will be sent to our Amendments Team, who aim to process it within 7 working days.
📧 A new booking confirmation will be emailed to you once the change has been made. If we need more information, our team will get in touch directly.
Fees for making changes
Please note that an admin fee applies, in addition to any cancellation charges or changes in the cost of your new jolly:
£80.00 - if you’re more than 60 days away from your current travel date.
£120.00 - if you’re within 60 days of your current travel date.
⚠️ Important: Changes cannot be made if you are within 21 days of travel.
