How to Submit an Amendment Request 📱
The quickest way to update your details is through your online account or the On the Beach app:
- Log into your On the Beach account on our app or website.
- Go to My Bookings and select your booking.
- Scroll down until you see 'Airport Parking'.
- Select 'View and Manage Parking' to make changes to your airport parking.
🛑 Important Booking Conditions
Before you submit your request, please review these key rules:
The 7-Day Deadline: Car parking amendments can only be processed up to 7 days before your departure date. Within 7 days of travel, parking suppliers lock bookings on their systems, and no further adjustments can be made.
Pricing Adjustments: Updating your vehicle registration, make, or model is completely free. However, altering your parking dates or times may result in a price difference from the supplier. If there is an additional cost for time changes, we will contact you to confirm before finalising the amendment.
