Moving your entire trip to a new spot usually triggers some pretty hefty fees. Since those costs can skyrocket, most of our customers find it isn't the best way to spend their holiday budget, so it's not a service we provide. Sorry about that!
Thinking of making a change yourself? 🤔
If you have your heart set on a different sunset, you can check with your airline to see if they will allow you to move your flights. However, it is really important that you talk to us before you confirm anything with the airline. We need to check the specific terms of your hotel and transfers to see if they are refundable or if you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.
If you change your flights without checking with us first you might find your current hotel and transfers are entirely non-refundable. You would then be responsible for the cost of the original booking plus any new hotel or transfers you book at your new destination.
⚠️ Important things to keep in mind:
Airline Fees are high: Most airlines charge a significant admin fee (often £100+ per person) plus the difference in fare to change a route.
Some airlines don't allow it: Some providers often don't allow destination changes on certain tickets at all. In these cases, you would have to cancel your original flight (losing 100% of the cost) and purchase a brand-new ticket.
