How do I remove a passenger from my booking?

If someone in your group can no longer make it, you can request to remove them through your online account. Here is how to get a quote for that change:

Steps to request a removal

  1. Log into My Bookings and select the holiday you want to change.

  2. Select the Manage Booking option in the menu. If on a mobile you can find this by hitting the Menu button at the top of the page.

  3. Go to the Make Changes section and then choose Passenger Changes.

  4. Select the Remove Passengers option.

Once you’ve sent your request, our Amendments team will take a look and send you a quote. This lets you see any costs involved so you can decide whether to go ahead with the change or keep your booking exactly as it is.

A quick heads-up 💡

It’s worth keeping in mind that removing a passenger doesn't always mean the total holiday price goes down. As we work on a "cancel and rebook" basis, we have to use the latest prices from our suppliers, which can fluctuate.

If you’ve booked a self-catering or room-only stay, it’s unlikely you’ll see a price reduction unless you’re removing an entire room, as most hotels charge per room rather than per person.

Sometimes, this means the cost stays the same or could even get a bit pricier once a person is removed. If we find that it’s actually cheaper to keep the passenger on the booking, we’ll let you know!

⚠️ Important: Before any passengers can be removed from a booking, the full cost of their flights must be paid. This is because flights are entirely non-refundable from the moment they are booked, even if that person is no longer travelling.

Thinking of a name change instead? 📝 If you have someone else who can take the spot, it might be worth checking if a name change is a better option.
