Adjusting your trip usually means moving your flights and updating your hotel stay. Here’s what you need to keep in mind:
Things to think about 🤔
Airline Fees: Most airlines charge an admin fee (usually £100+ per person) to change your flights, plus any difference in the ticket price. If the new flights are cheaper, the airline won't refund the difference, but you'll still have to pay their admin fee.
Keep it with the same airline: You can’t swap airlines. If you flew out with easyJet, your new flight must also be with easyJet.
Admin Fees: On the Beach charges an admin fee of up to £120 to process date and duration changes.
Payment: Airline fees need to be paid as soon as we update your booking. However, any extra costs for your hotel or transfers can usually be added to your existing instalment plan!
How to request a change 🔁
1. Do a quick holiday search 🔎 Before messaging us, head to the On the Beach homepage and do a quick search to make sure your hotel and flights are actually available for the new duration you want.
2. Chat with a Beach Buddy 💬 Once you know the dates are available, log into your My Bookings account and open a Live Chat.
Select Booking Amendments
Then Flight, Hotel & Date Changes
Choose Change Holiday Dates and then Adjust Holiday Duration
3. Relax while we do the legwork 🍹 Once you've given us the details, our Amendments team will get to work on a formal quote for you.
⏰ Heads up: It can take up to 14 days to get everything queried with the suppliers during busy periods, but we’ll notify you the second your quote is ready to view.
