How do I change the duration of my holiday?

Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust the duration of an existing booking or action these changes on your behalf. Because a change in duration requires modifying both your flight schedule and your hotel stay, it is not something that can be amended once confirmed. If you need to stay for a longer or shorter period, please review the following options:

Check Your Travel Insurance If you need to change your trip length due to unforeseen circumstances or an emergency, we recommend exploring a claim through your travel insurance provider. They may be able to assist you with the costs associated with changing your plans.

Cancel and Rebook To change the length of your holiday, you will need to:

  1. Cancel your current booking via the 'Manage My Booking' section of your account.

  2. Make a new booking for your preferred duration via our homepage.

Important Considerations:

  • Fees: Standard cancellation charges from both us and our suppliers (airlines and hotels) will apply to your original booking.

  • New Bookings: Your new trip will be subject to current live pricing and availability.

  • Flights: Most airlines do not offer refunds or partial credits for unused flights or shortened duration.
