How do I add a baby to my booking?

Congratulations! If you’re expecting a new addition to the family, we want to make it as easy as possible to get them on the guest list. Depending on where you are in your booking journey, here is how to handle the details.

If you haven’t booked your holiday yet 👀

If you know you’ll be travelling with an infant but they haven’t arrived yet, you can still get your holiday locked in.

  • The Name: During the booking process, simply enter "TBA" (To Be Announced) as the infant's first name.

  • Updating the details: Once the baby is born and you have their name and passport details, you can update the booking by following our name change guide here.

  • The Cost: If you included the "TBA" infant at the time of booking, there are no additional charges to update the name once they arrive.

If you’ve already booked your holiday ✅

If you find out you’re pregnant after your booking is already confirmed, you’ll just need to add the infant to your reservation as a new passenger.

  • How to do it: You can follow the steps in our How can I add a passenger to my booking? guide.

  • The Cost: As the infant wasn't part of the original booking, the airline will charge a fee to add them to the flight.

A quick tip for expectant mums ✈️

If you’re planning to fly while pregnant, most airlines have a "cut-off" point (usually between 28–36 weeks) where they require a 'Fit to Fly' letter from your doctor. We recommend checking your specific airline's policy before you head to the airport!
