I've agreed to a quote for a change to my holiday. When will the payment be taken?

Once you’ve given us the green light on a quote, our Amendments team will get to work!

The timeline ⏰

We will take the payment and officially process the change to your holiday within 3 days using the last card you used to pay us (your card on file). As soon as everything is confirmed and updated, we’ll resend your paperwork with your new booking details included.

If there's an issue with the payment ⚠️

Don’t worry if the payment doesn’t go through on the first try. If it fails, our team will send you a message with a secure payment link.

If this happens, please:

  1. Make the payment via the link provided.

  2. Reply to our message to let us know you’ve done it.

Once we know the payment is sorted, the team can go ahead and finalise the changes to your booking.
