To ensure our team and travel partners have enough time to coordinate your support, all special assistance must be requested at least 14 days before you fly.
New Bookings: We are no longer able to accept new holiday bookings that require special assistance within 14 days of departure.
Existing Bookings: If you didn’t add this info when you first booked, you can add it to your existing booking at any time up until 14 days before your departure.

Log into My Bookings.
Select the holiday you need help with.
Go to the Manage Booking menu and head to the Make Changes section.
Choose the Disability Support and Special Assistance option.
Fill out the quick form with as much detail as possible so we know exactly how to help.
Once you’ve hit submit, our team will get to work. We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as your request has been processed and confirmed with the suppliers. 💌
