How do I make a special request?

Whether you're looking to request adjoining rooms, a specific floor, or want to arrange room decorations for a special occasion, we want to help you get your stay exactly how you want it!

To make this as simple as possible, you can now manage special requests directly with your accommodation provider using our newly updated portal tools.

๐Ÿจ Contacting Your Hotel Directly

Because hotels manage their own room allocations and daily schedules, all special requests must be made by contacting the hotel directly. While special requests cannot be guaranteed, the hotel reception teams will always do their absolute best to help accommodate you.


๐Ÿ“ฑ How to find your Hotel Reference & Contact Details

We have updated your My Bookings account to make finding your hotel information completely effortless. You no longer need to search through your PDF paperwork!

  1. Log into your On the Beach account and head to My Bookings.

  2. Navigate to the Special Hotel Requests section.

  3. ๐Ÿ”‘ Copy your Hotel Reservation Number: Your unique supplier reference (e.g., OTBH111111111) is now displayed on a clear, blue card with a quick 'Copy' button. Keep this handy, as the hotel will ask for it when you get in touch.

  4. ๐Ÿ“ž Get Contact Info Instantly: Click the 'Find hotel contact details' button. This will automatically open up the direct contact information for your specific hotel so you can call or email them straight away.


๐Ÿ’ฌ Need anything else?

For any other booking amendments - like changing your board basis or upgrading your room type - head over to the 'Make a Change' menu inside your account.
