📱 How to Request Direct Airline Access
To manage your flights directly on the airline's website, your tickets need to be officially issued by our team first. You can request this instantly through your online account:
Log into your My Bookings account.
Select your upcoming holiday and head to the 'Make Changes' menu.
Select 'Manage Flight'.
Choose the 'Add seats or bags' option to submit your request.
🔒 What happens next?
Once you submit the request, our team will issue your flight tickets. We will send you an email confirmation with your official airline locator/PNR code. You can then head straight over to the airline's own website or app, log in using that code, and select your seats, add bags, or purchase a cabin upgrade directly with them!
