Because you booked through a tour operator, logging into SunExpress has a few specific steps. Please read the guidance below carefully to avoid airport fees and check-in errors.
🚨 Two Crucial Rules for SunExpress Flights
1. You must check in for your Inbound (Return) flight later
Online check-in only opens 36 hours before each specific flight.
Outbound flight: You can check in 36 hours before you leave the UK.
Inbound (Return) flight: You cannot check in for your return journey at the same time. You must wait until 36 hours before your scheduled flight home.
2. Extras (Seats & Bags) must be booked per "Leg"
If you log into the SunExpress portal early to pre-book seats, add extra baggage, or buy meals, you must do this for your outbound and inbound flights separately.
⏱️ When is Online Check-In Open?
Opens: 36 hours before your scheduled departure time.
Closes: 3.5 hours before your scheduled departure time.
⚠️ Important: You must check in online. Failure to do so may result in SunExpress charging you a fee to check in manually at the airport desk. (Note: Online check-in is not available if you have booked Special Assistance).
🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Log In & Check In
Before you start, make sure you have the passport details for everyone on the booking.
Step 1: Head to the SunExpress Portal
Go to the SunExpress Check-In Page (or open the SunExpress App) and click on the 'My Booking' tab.
Step 2: Enter your Details EXACTLY like this:
To access your On the Beach booking, you must select the Tour Operator login method:
Select the 'Tour Operator' option (do not use the standard flight number option).
Tour Operator: Select On the Beach from the dropdown menu.
Reference Number: Enter your On the Beach reference (starts with MYB).
Surname: Enter the last name of the Lead Passenger.
Flight Type: Choose the 'One-way' option (remember, you are checking in for the outbound leg first!).
Flight Details: Enter your departure airport, arrival airport, and date.
Passengers: Select the number of passengers travelling (anyone aged 12+ is counted as an adult).
Click Confirm.
Step 3: Verify and Complete
Double-check the flight details: Ensure the flight number and times match your On the Beach paperwork. Selecting the wrong flight could cause your pre-booked extras to drop off.
Enter Passports: Input the passport details for your selected passengers.
Download Boarding Passes: Accept the Terms & Conditions, then view, print, or download your digital boarding passes to your phone.
