š” Quick Troubleshooting
Surname Issues: Ensure you are using the surname of the Lead Passenger exactly as it appears on your booking confirmation.
Wait for Sync: If you booked in the last 24 hours, the airline systems may still be updating. Try again shortly.
Reference Codes: Your airline reference code is often different from your travel agent reference. Look for the "Airline Reference" or "PNR" on your documents.
