While we’d love to list every single amazing thing your hotel offers, it’s not always possible for us to cover every tiny detail! If you want to know about specific services - like whether they provide hair dryers, what the kids' club schedule looks like, or if there's a kettle in the room - the best thing to do is contact the hotel directly.

The hotel staff are the real experts on their own front door. Dropping them an email or giving them a quick call is a fantastic way to get those "need to know" details confirmed so you can feel 100% ready for your stay.

Finding the right person to talk to is a breeze. We have updated your My Bookings account to help you get in touch with your accommodation instantly:

  1. Log into your On the Beach account and head to My Bookings.

  2. Navigate to the Special Hotel Requests section.

  3. Click the 'Find hotel contact details' button. This will automatically open up the direct contact information (phone number or email address) for your specific hotel so you can ask them about their amenities right away!
