If you’d like to explore other options and switch to a different hotel, you can do this through your Manage Booking account. Whether you want a different pool, a better location, or just a fresh start, you’re welcome to move your booking to a hotel that feels right for you.
Just keep in mind that since this counts as an amendment to your original booking, there may be a change in the room price and an admin fee to pay.
