Got an eligible holiday booked with us? Excellent! That means you might qualify for our free Phone Insurance perk. We've laid out all the key info below so you can get covered and focus on the fun stuff.
What does this Phone Insurance cover?
This perk is designed to protect your mobile during your getaway. It covers your phone for the stuff you hope won't happen:
- Accidental damage
- Malicious damage
- Theft
- Loss
The maximum total claim value is £1,000 per booking and there is a £50 excess for all claims.
How do I check if I'm eligible?
You’re in for this perk if your holiday ticks all these boxes:
💤 It's for 6 nights or less.
📅 You booked by 31st August 2026.
✈️ Your departure date is before 31st December 2026.
🕒 The booking was made at least 60 days before you depart.
👥 It's for 6 people or less.
Claiming Your Perk: The Quick Guide
If you qualify, claiming is a breeze in the On the Beach app:
1️⃣ Go to the 'Your Perks' section (under Bookings).
2️⃣ Claim your Phone Insurance perk!
Important Dates to Remember:
⚠️ You must claim the perk within 10 days of your booking date.
📩 You should receive your policy email with all the details 14 days before your departure. If it hasn't arrived by then, please contact onthebeachperk@rockinsurance.com.
Making a Claim
If disaster strikes your phone, you'll need to contact our insurance provider, ROCK.
- Refer to the details in your policy document for how to start your claim.
- You can reach ROCK via email at onthebeachperk@rockinsurance.com.
- Remember the £50 excess applies to all claims.
Where am I covered?
- All of our destinations are included, as per our normal terms and conditions.
My booking's changed! Am I still covered?
It depends on when you made the change...
