📜 Step 1: Check the Terms and Conditions
Each perk has its own specific set of rules. You can usually find these by heading to the main page for that perk and scrolling down to the bottom. Look for a drop-down arrow — clicking this will bring up the full list of Terms and Conditions.
🔍 Step 2: Look at the eligibility criteria
Once you have the Terms and Conditions open, read them carefully to see if your booking matches the criteria. Common things to look out for include:
Booking dates: When you actually made the booking.
Travel dates: The dates you are heading away.
Duration: A minimum number of nights might be required.
Hotel details: Some perks only apply to certain star ratings.
Supplier rules: For things like airport lounges, you will need to check their specific opening times.
It is really useful to check these details before you book to avoid any disappointment later on! ☀️
🚩 Step 3: Look for the signage
If your booking qualifies for a perk, we will usually shout about it! Look out for banners and notifications while you are making your booking. If you do not see any mention of a perk during the booking process, it usually means that specific holiday is ineligible.
✅ Step 4: Check your confirmed booking
If your booking qualifies, we will make sure it is documented. You can find confirmation of your perks in two places:
Your Paperwork: Check the booking confirmation email we sent you.
My Bookings: Log into your account on the app or website. Your perk details will be listed within your booking details.
What if my booking is not eligible? 🤔
While we want to offer perks to everyone, sometimes certain bookings just don't meet the criteria. While we're sorry for any disappointment this causes, we're not able to add perks to a booking if it is ineligible.
The good news is that you can still enhance your holiday! You can often book extras like Lounge Access and Fast Track directly with the supplier.
