Viewing my On the Beach Cruise booking in my account

We're excited to offer cruises as part of our holiday range! As cruise is brand new to On the Beach, our online booking management system is still being optimised for cruise holidays. This means for now, your Cruise booking won't show in your 'My Booking' account. 

What you can do right now:

  • Access Advice: Browse our Cruise Help Centre for answers to common questions regarding your trip.

  • Get Documentation: Refer to the confirmation email sent to you within 24 hours of booking for your full itinerary and supplier references.

  • Speak to us directly: Use our Live Chat feature for any questions, support, or to request copies of your paperwork.

We're currently building out additional self-service features specifically for cruise bookings, including:

  • Online payment options
  • Online amendment tools
  • Cruise-specific booking information

When you view your cruise booking online, you may see some terminology related to flights and hotels (as our system was originally designed for flight + hotel packages). Don't worry - your cruise booking is correct! We're working on updating this to be cruise-specific.
