How do I pay for my cruise?
All payments are made directly to On the Beach - not to your cruise supplier.
When you booked your cruise, you chose your preferred payment method and schedule on our website. This is your payment agreement with us, and these exact terms are clearly shown on your On the Beach paperwork.
Understanding payment reminders
If you've chosen to pay by deposit or use our instalment scheme, you'll need to make your payment when it becomes due.
When your payment is due, please log in to the My Booking section of our website or app and request a new payment link via our Sunny bot.
Please note that late payment may result in late payment fees being applied.
What about documentation from my cruise supplier?
You may receive invoices, terms and conditions, or other paperwork directly from your cruise supplier that shows different payment terms, deposit schedules, or advance payment requirements.
You can disregard these payment terms.
Your financial agreement is with On the Beach, not the cruise supplier. Always follow the payment schedule shown on your On the Beach paperwork - that's the only schedule that applies to your booking.
We're required to forward all documentation from cruise suppliers to you, but for anything payment-related, your On the Beach paperwork is what matters.
