Your cruise booking with On the Beach gives you flexibility and control. While we are currently working on our "My Bookings" feature for our cruise customers, you can still manage every aspect of your holiday with ease.
How to manage your booking with On the Beach
For any administrative needs regarding your holiday, please use our Help Centre for guidance or contact our team directly via Live Chat (available via the 'Account' and 'Contact Us' section on our app).

Managing your cruise experience directly with your cruise supplier
Once you've received your booking confirmation from On the Beach, you can (and should!) manage most elements of your cruise experience directly with your cruise supplier.
Creating your cruise line account
Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive your confirmation with all your cruise details. You can then:
- Visit your cruise supplier's website (MSC, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, etc.)
- Create an account or log into an existing one
- Link your booking using your booking reference number
- Access your full cruise management portal

Once logged in, you'll be able to:

- Complete online check-in (typically available 21-30 days before departure)
- Download boarding passes and e-documents
- Upload required travel documentation
