How Do I Request a No-Show Letter for Insurance?

If someone in your group couldn't make it on the holiday and you need a No-Show Letter to claim the costs back through your travel insurance, we can help you get that paperwork sorted.

When Can I Request a No-Show Letter?

We can only issue a No-Show Letter after the return date of your holiday has passed.

We are legally required to verify the no-show with our suppliers (such as the hotel or airline) after the trip concludes. We cannot verify or issue this documentation while you are still away or before your departure date.

How to Request the Letter

Once your return flight has landed and your holiday dates have passed, you can submit your request securely from your account:

  • Log into your account and head to Manage Booking.

  • Under the options sidebar, select Manage Paperwork.

  • Click on Claims and Insurance Letters.

  • Select Request a No-Show Letter and complete the quick form.

Please note there is a £30.00 admin fee for compiling and issuing this official verification paperwork.

📝 Ready to submit your request now? If your return date has already passed and you'd like to get started, you can fill in the form here to send your request directly to our team.

Cancelled Bookings vs. No-Shows

  • Did you cancel the holiday before travelling? If the booking was officially cancelled before your departure date, you need a Cancellation Letter instead.

  • Can I get both? No. A booking can only be recorded as a cancellation or a no-show, never both. If you have already received a Cancellation Letter, we cannot issue a No-Show Letter for the same trip.
