If someone in your group was unable to travel and you need a No-Show Letter to claim the costs back through your travel insurance provider, we can get that paperwork sorted for you.
Review the rules below to see when and how you can request this official documentation.
⏱️ When Can I Request a No-Show Letter?
After You Return: We can only issue a No-Show Letter after the return date of your holiday has passed.
Supplier Verification: We are legally required to verify the passenger's non-attendance with our travel suppliers (such as the airline and hotel) after the trip concludes. We cannot verify or issue this paperwork while you are still away or before your departure date.
📱 How to Request the Letter
Once your return flight has landed and your holiday dates have passed, you can submit your request instantly through your online portal:
Log into your On the Beach account and head to My Bookings.
Select your holiday and navigate to the 'Make Changes' menu.
Click on 'Manage Paperwork' and select 'Claims and Insurance Letters'.
Choose 'Request a No-Show Letter' and fill out the quick form.
💶 Admin Fee Notice: Please note there is a standard £30.00 admin fee for compiling, verifying, and issuing this official verification paperwork.
📝 Ready to submit? If your return date has already passed, you can fill in a secure form here to send your request directly to our documentation queue.
⚠️ Cancelled Bookings vs. No-Shows
Did you cancel before travelling? If the passenger or booking was officially cancelled before your departure date, you need a Cancellation Invoice/Letter instead.
Can I get both? No. A booking can only be recorded as a cancellation or a no-show—never both. If you have already received a Cancellation Letter, we cannot issue a No-Show Letter for the same trip.
