1. I am due to travel to the UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi)
Departing 1st ā 5th March
Status: Booking Cancelled. Due to regional airspace closures, we have made the difficult decision to cancel bookings for these dates to ensure your safety.
Refunds: You are entitled to a full refund. This will be ready to collect via your My Bookings account within the next 24 hours.
Action: You do not need to contact us. We are processing these automatically in departure date order.
Departing 6th ā 15th March
Status: Monitoring. We are assessing the impact on flight schedules on a flight-by-flight basis.
Action: Please wait for us to contact you. We are prioritising those travelling in the next few days. If your specific booking is impacted by a cancellation or significant change, we will reach out to you directly.
Departing 16th March onwards
Status: Planned to go ahead. Flights further in the future are currently expected to proceed as scheduled.
Changes & Fees: At this time, we are unable to facilitate destination changes. If you choose to change your travel dates, please be aware that airline admin fees are currently up to £200 per person, plus any difference in airfare.
Action: There is no need to take action or contact us. We will be in touch with plenty of notice if anything changes with your holiday.
2. I am due to travel to Egypt
Status: Unaffected. Travel to Egypt is currently unaffected by regional airspace closures.
Action: Get holiday ready! Simply pack your bags and head to the airport as planned. We continue to monitor FCDO advice to ensure your stay remains safe.
3. I am due to travel to any other destination
Status: Unaffected. No other destinations are currently affected by these airspace closures.
Action: Your holiday is planned to go ahead as scheduled. You do not need to contact us; please continue with your travel plans.
4. I am currently on holiday in the UAE
Your safety is our number one priority. We recommend taking the following immediate steps:
Register with the FCDO: Visit gov.uk to register your presence. This ensures you receive direct updates and crisis guidance from the UK government.
Monitor Your Flight: Check your airlineās official website regularly for the latest status of your return flight.
Stay Informed via Your Hotel: Keep in touch with your hotel reception team; they receive real-time updates from local authorities and airlines.
