Who can I speak to regarding my query?

The right team for you depends on where you are in your holiday journey. Here's who can help:

Before you travel 🏖️

Our Customer Service team is here to help with booking queries, changes, payments and pre-travel questions.

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 6:45pm
  • Saturday to Sunday: 9:00am - 4:45pm

Simply, login to your account and click the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner.

While you're away ✈️

For hotel issues: Speak to hotel reception first - they can usually resolve issues on the spot (room changes, facilities, maintenance).

For transfer issues: Contact your local transfer supplier directly - their contact details are on your booking paperwork.

For emergencies or unresolved issues: Our In-Resort team is here to help! You can find their contact details here.

Contact our In-Resort team for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Serious hotel issues that reception can't resolve
  • Transfer no-shows or major problems
  • Emergency assistance

Emergency contact details are in your booking confirmation email under "Emergency Contacts" - save these to your phone before you travel!
