Can I cancel just my hotel?

If your plans have shifted and you're looking to cancel just the hotel part of your holiday, we can usually help you with that.

The lowdown on hotel cancellations:

In most cases, we can cancel your hotel for you as long as it's at least 14 days before your departure date.

You'll need to have either a hotel-only booking or have paid for your flights in full. If you haven't finished paying for your flights yet, don't worry—you'll just need to settle that balance before we can go ahead and cancel the hotel for you.

To get started, simply get in touch with us via Live Chat (found in your Manage My Booking account or by heading here). When the main menu pops up, choose Something Else and type Cancel my hotel. Our beach bot will then point you in the right direction!

Want to change your hotel instead? 🔄

Before you cancel, it's worth knowing that you can often make changes to your stay instead. Whether you’ve spotted a different hotel you’d prefer, or you just want to tweak your current booking (like upgrading your room or changing your board basis), you can do this through your account:

  1. Log into My Bookings and select the holiday you want to change.

  2. Select the Manage Booking option in the menu.

  3. Go to the Make changes section and then Hotel Changes.

  4. From here, you can choose to either change your current hotel entirely or just update your room or board basis.

⚠️ Important to remember:

Even if you cancel your hotel, your flights remain entirely non-refundable from the moment they are booked. If you are cancelling the hotel part of a flight + hotel package, you will still be responsible for the full cost of those flights.
