We know plans can change, but once your flights are confirmed with the airline, we aren't able to cancel them.
Flight refunds 💰
Flights are entirely non-refundable from the very moment you book. This is because we pay the airline for your seats immediately to lock in your price, and they do not offer refunds if you decide not to travel.
Amending your flights 🔄
Unfortunately we are unable to amend your flights on our end but, if you're not happy with your current flight times or dates you can contact your airline directly to check if its possible to amend them. Just remember to let us know if you do this so we can update your paperwork.
