How do I make a change to my hotel booking? (board basis, room type, number of rooms)

If you are outside of 21 days of departure you can request to change your room type/board basis online. 


Please follow the below steps to do this and get a quote:

  • Head on over to ‘Manage My Booking

  • Ensure you’ve selected the booking you wish to manage

  • Select the ‘Manage Booking’ option in the menu

  • Go to the ‘Make changes’ section and then ‘Hotel Changes’

  • Select from the options ‘Change Room or Board Basis’ or 'Add Extra Rooms'

  • Follow the steps on screen. Easy!


A standard admin fee of £40.00 (outside of 60 days of travel) or £60.00 (inside of 60 days of travel) applies for any changes made to your board basis or room type.


If your departure date is within 14 days, we’re unable to make any changes to your booking from our end. However, you can speak directly with the hotel when you arrive to see if they can accommodate your request. Any changes will depend on availability, and there may be an extra cost, which you would need to pay at the hotel reception. If it's possible, the hotel team will do their best to sort it out for you once you’re there.
