How do I make a change to my hotel booking? (board basis, room type, number of rooms)

You can make a change to your hotel booking by following these simple steps:

  • Head on over to ‘Manage My Booking
  • Ensure you’ve selected the booking you wish to manage
  • Select the ‘Manage Booking’ option in the menu
  • Go to the ‘Make changes’ section and then ‘Hotel Changes’
  • Select from the options ‘Change Room or Board Basis’ or 'Add Extra Rooms'
  • Follow the steps on screen. Easy!

Just so you know, we can't make changes to the booking if it's within 21 days of your departure date. You may still be able to upgrade your room or board when you arrive at the hotel.


*A standard admin fee of £40.00 (outside of 60 days of travel) or £60.00 (inside of 60 days of travel) applies for any changes made to your board basis or room type.
