Submitting a special request can be done once your holiday's confirmed.
Examples of special requests might be if you'd like to stay on a specific floor of the hotel, or you'd like to request something for a special occasion. Hotels will always do their best to make sure that your holiday is catered to you, but they unfortunately they can't guarantee all requests.
If you'd like to submit a special request, just give your hotel a quick Google ⌨️ and head over to their website from there. Have a look for their contact details and submit the request directly to the hotel here.
