How do I make a special request?

Submitting a special request can be done once your holiday's confirmed. Examples of special requests might be if you'd like to stay on a specific floor of the hotel, or request something for a special occasion. We'll always do our best to make sure that your holiday is catered to you, but we can't guarantee all requests.

If you'd like to submit a special request, here's how:

  1. Log into My Bookings
  2. Ensure you’ve selected the booking you wish to manage
  3. Select the ‘Manage Booking’ option in the menu
  4. Go to the ‘Make changes’ section and then ‘Hotel Changes’
  5. Select ‘Special Hotel Requests’ option

If you require special assistance at the airport or hotel - for example, a wheelchair - you can submit this via the ‘Disability Support and Special Assistance Request’ section, and a member of the team will get this sorted for you.
