How do I change a passenger's name or correct a spelling mistake?

If you've got married since placing the booking and this is why you need to change the name(s), then first of all - congratulations! - and second of all, this might be covered in the airline's policy, so drop us a message via Live Chat (under ‘Manage My Booking’), and we'll see what we can do for you.


Just so you know, you don't need to worry about contacting us to provide/correct either of the below:

  • Middle names
  • Capital letters
  • Titles

For any other full name changes/spelling corrections, simply:

  • Head on over to ‘Manage My Booking
  • Ensure you’ve selected the booking you wish to manage
  • Select the ‘Manage Booking’ option in the menu
  • Go to the ‘Make Changes’ section and then ‘Passenger Changes’
  • Here you'll have the option to select an option with the reason for the name change - choose whichever is relevant for you
  • From here, you'll be given a cost for the name change
  • If you're happy with this, go ahead and submit the request and the Amendments team will make the changes for you


Please note if you are close to your departure date you will need to contact the airline directly.


*An admin fee of £30.00 (outside of 60 days of travel) or £45.00 (inside 60 days of travel) applies to any name changes.
