Having second thoughts about your hotel? We're here to help. Simply:
- Head on over to ‘Manage My Booking’
- Ensure you’ve selected the booking you wish to manage
- Select the ‘Manage Booking’ option in the menu
- Go to the ‘Make changes’ section and then ‘Hotel Changes’
- Select ‘Change to a New Hotel’ option
- Follow the steps on the screen to go through with it. Easy!
Just so you know, we can't make any changes to the booking if it's within 21 days of your departure date - sorry!
*A standard admin fee of £80.00 (if you're outside of 60 days of travel) or £120.00 (if you're inside of 60 days of travel) applies for any hotel changes made to the booking.
