To remove a passenger from the booking, head on over to ‘My Bookings' and follow the below steps:
- Ensure you’ve selected the booking you wish to manage
- Select the ‘Manage Booking’ option in the menu
- Go to the ‘Make changes’ section and then ‘Passenger Changes’
- Select ‘Remove Passengers’ option
Our Amendments team can then send a quote for your request, so you can decide whether you'd like to go ahead with the change or keep your booking as it is.
Just so you know, before cancelling any passengers, you'll need to pay the full flight cost. An admin fee from On the Beach will apply.
