How do I let you know about any medical conditions or special assistance that I need?

We're keen to make sure that your holiday runs as smoothly as possible, so if you have any medical conditions that might affect your holiday plans or you need mobility assistance when travelling, it's best to let us know before your travel date so that we can make any necessary arrangements.

If you haven't already given us this information at the time of booking, then don't worry - you can do this up to 7 days before your departure date by following these simple steps:

Log into My Bookings;
  • Ensure you've selected the booking you wish to manage
  • Select the ‘Manage Booking’ option in the menu and go to the ‘Make Changes’ section
  • Select the ‘Disability Support and Special Assistance’ option
  • Fill out the form with any details to help us give you the assistance you need

And that's it! Once your request has been completed, you'll receive confirmation of this via email
