If you haven't already given us this information at the time of booking, then don't worry - you can do this up to 7 days before your departure date by following these simple steps:
Log into My Bookings;
- Ensure you've selected the booking you wish to manage
- Select the ‘Manage Booking’ option in the menu and go to the ‘Make Changes’ section
- Select the ‘Disability Support and Special Assistance’ option
- Fill out the form with any details to help us give you the assistance you need
And that's it! Once your request has been completed, you'll receive confirmation of this via email.
