We've got good news and bad news. If you'd like to cancel the insurance within 14 days of making the booking, then simply contact ROCK insurance (you'll find their contact details on your Insurance Summary) to request a cancellation and refund.
Unfortunately, if you placed the booking more than 14 days ago then your travel insurance can't be refunded or cancelled.
