Cancelling a passenger from the booking

To remove a passenger from the booking, head on over to ‘My Bookings' and follow the below steps:


  • Ensure you’ve selected the booking you wish to manage
  • Select the ‘Manage Booking’ option in the menu
  • Go to the ‘Make changes’ section and then ‘Passenger Changes’
  • Select ‘Remove Passengers’ option


Our Amendments team can then send a quote for your request, so you can decide whether you'd like to go ahead with the change or keep your booking as it is. 


Just so you know, before you remove any passengers from the booking, you'll need to pay the full cost of the flights.
