Cancelling the whole booking

If you'd like to cancel the whole booking, you can follow these easy steps:

  • Log into your account via the My Booking section of the website
  • Select ‘Make a Change
  • Click ‘Cancel Booking’ - here you'll see a full breakdown of any costs that may apply if you go ahead with the cancellation

We're unable to cancel your booking if you're due to depart within the next 14 days. 

Cancellation costs may vary depending on our suppliers. Here's some more information:

  • Flights: these are non-refundable from the time of booking
  • Hotel: most hotels can be cancelled free of charge, but this is subject to the hotel's terms and conditions
  • Ancillaries: transfers, airport extras and travel insurance are all non-refundable from the time of booking

A standard admin fee of £30.00 per person also applies when it comes to cancelling the booking, but this will be capped at £150.00 - so don't worry if you've got quite a large party.
