If you'd like to cancel your car parking, you can drop us a message via Live Chat which can be found under the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of our website and we'll get one of our beach buddies to look further into this for you.
Our customer service team are available to help on Live Chat between the hours of Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:30pm and Saturday - Sunday 9am - 5pm.
Unfortunately, if you're due to travel in the next 7 days then we won't be able to refund you for the cancellation.
