Some, but not all, of our flights and flight-inclusive holidays are protected by ATOL. Before you book your holiday, we'll make it clear what sort of protection applies to each holiday or travel service, so you'll be able to decide before hitting that ‘book’ button if it's the right one for you.
If your holiday is ATOL protected, we'll send your certificate along with your booking confirmation email. It will be attached to the same email, so you’ll have everything you need in one place. If you can't find it, no need to worry! Just let one of our friendly beach buddies know, and we'll happily resend it to you.
