Here is how you can instantly trigger a fresh copy of your paperwork using our app or website.
📲Mobile App
You can quickly request an email with all your documents right from your main booking menu.
Open the app and head to your active trip.
Scroll down to your main account options list.
Tap Resend Paperwork + ATOL (the row with the envelope icon).
Confirm your details to request a fresh copy straight to your inbox.
💻 Website
Log into your account online and head to Manage Booking.
On the left-hand navigation sidebar, under Booking Information, click View Booking Details .
Scroll and select Resend Paperwork & ATOL Certificate.
Verify your email address on the screen and hit submit.
Didn't Receive the Email?
If you've hit resend but nothing has arrived after a few minutes, try checking these quick steps:
Check your Spam/Junk folder: Travel documents can sometimes get incorrectly flagged by email providers.
Verify your email spelling: Double-check your account profile to make sure there wasn't a sneaky typo in your email address when you originally booked.
Lead Passenger Email: Remember that documents are automatically dispatched to the email address associated with the Lead Passenger of the booking reference.
