If you’re the lead passenger (The traveller who booked the jolly!), you can share your booking with the other passengers already included in your booking, so everyone can easily view the trip details.
What does “sharing a booking” mean?
Sharing your booking gives each passenger on the booking their own access to view the holiday.
They’ll be able to see:
- Travel dates
- Destination
- Hotel or accommodation
- Flight details
This helps everyone stay up to date without needing to check in with the lead booker.
Who can you share the booking with?
You can only share the booking with passengers who are already included in your booking.
What can passengers see and do?
Once shared, each passenger can:
- View the booking details online or in the app
- See their own profile and trip countdown
Additional passengers won’t be able to:
- Make changes to the booking
- View payment information
- Contact our support teams to discuss the booking - Unless they are an authorised passenger
Only the lead passenger can manage the booking and make any changes.
How do I share my booking?
To share your booking, head to your booking on our website or app and select the share icon.
From there, you can invite the other passengers on your booking to access the trip details.
What happens when a passenger accepts?
When a passenger accepts the invite:
- They’ll be able to view the booking details
- A profile will be created for them
- They can access the booking through our app or website
Do I need to share my booking?
Sharing your booking is optional, but it’s a simple way to make sure everyone on the booking has access to the information they need ahead of the trip.
Here are the steps!
Log into your On the Beach booking account and select your booking:
Click into your booking and look for the icon in the top right of the screen (Pictured below)
When you click the icon, you will be presented with the screen below: Simply enter your passenger pals email addresses to get started!
Your passenger pals will receive an email and they can get started!
