Why can’t I see my cruise booking in my account?

If you’ve recently booked a cruise with us and are having trouble finding it in your "My Bookings" area, don’t worry - your holiday is confirmed!

As we continue to grow our cruise range, we are currently upgrading our online systems to better support the unique details of cruise itineraries. To ensure we provide you with the most accurate information, we have temporarily restricted the view of cruise bookings within the standard customer portal.

How can I find my booking details? 📑

Even if you can't see your booking in the portal right now, you have everything you need to manage your holiday:

  • Check your Email: Within 24 hours of booking, we sent a comprehensive confirmation email. This contains your On the Beach reference number as well as your Cruise Line reference.

  • The Cruise Line Website: You can use your Cruise Line reference to log directly into the website of your cruise provider (e.g., P&O, Royal Caribbean, MSC) to manage your cabin, dining, and shore excursions.

How do I make a payment or change? 💳

Because the "My Bookings" portal is currently being optimised for cruise, you can complete these tasks through our dedicated support channels:

  • To make a payment: We will send you a secure payment link, 7 days before any payments are due. Alternatively, you can contact our team via Live Chat. They can securely process payments toward your balance.

  • To make an amendment: If you need to change a name, date, or cabin type, our Live Chat team is available to handle these requests for you.

  • General Questions: Our Cruise Help Centre is packed with articles specific to every cruise line we work with.

When will this be fixed? 🔨

We are working hard behind the scenes to launch a brand-new, cruise-specific "My Bookings" experience. This will include dedicated tools for viewing your sea days, port times, and managing your cruise payments online.

We appreciate your patience while we build a better experience for our sailors!
