I’ve received my return transfer pick-up time but I’d like to change it – what can I do?

We understand plans can change, but here’s what you need to know:

🚌 Shuttle Transfers

Pick-up times for shuttle transfers can’t be changed, as they’re part of a fixed schedule that includes multiple hotel stops. Rest assured, they’re planned to get you to the airport with plenty of time—even for a relaxed stroll through duty-free!

🚖 Private Transfers

We’re unable to amend private transfer pick-up times on your behalf. If you’d like to request a change, you’ll need to contact your transfer provider directly. While they may be able to help, changes aren’t guaranteed.

📲 You can find your transfer provider’s contact details by:

  • Going to My Bookings
  • Clicking View and Manage on your holiday
  • Scrolling to the Transfers section

🧾 Your transfer voucher is also included in your holiday paperwork, and all contact information will be listed there.
