How can I add in-flight extras to my booking? (luggage, meals, pre-book seats, priority boarding)

You can add flight extras yourself by logging into your booking on your airline’s website. 

Simply add your extras and pay the airline directly for any additions. Login details vary by airline but in most cases you'll need your Airline Booking Reference which you can find in the Flight Voucher on your booking confirmation paperwork or by logging into My Bookings. See more information on how to find your airline booking reference here.

Just a heads up - any extras you add directly via the airline's website won't show up on your On the Beach paperwork or in My Bookings. Don't worry, though - the airline will still have everything they need on your flight booking.

Alternatively, we can add extras for you but please note:

• We can only take requests up to 8 days before your departure date
• Amendments can take up to 7 days to process
• An admin fee will apply*

To add extras via On the Beach simply log in to the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of our website and select to add ‘Flight Extras’ from the menu.

Before you submit your request, we'll quote you with a full rundown of the costs* so there are no nasty surprises, and our Amendments team will add this to your booking if you're happy to go through with it. You'll then get a confirmation so you know that everything's gone through.

*An admin fee of up to £45.00 applies if you choose for On the Beach to add extras to your holiday. See section 10 of our Terms of Business for more information.
