How do I book my flight seats?

You can pre-book your seats by visiting your airlines website and clicking on the manage booking section.

You'll be able to choose your seats from the airline seat map and pay the airline directly. Login details vary by airline but in most cases you’ll need your Airline Booking Reference which you can find in the Flight Voucher on your booking confirmation paperwork or by logging into My Bookings. Just a heads up - any pre-booked seats you add directly via the airlines website won't show up on your On the Beach confirmation paperwork or in My Bookings - don't worry, though - the airline will have everything they need on your flight booking.

Alternatively, we can book these for you but please note:

• We can only take requests up to 8 days before your departure date
• Amendments can take up to 7 days to process
• An admin fee will apply*

To add extras via On the Beach simply log in to the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of our website and select to add ‘Flight Extras’ from the menu. You'll need to write any seat preferences in the text box (unfortunately we can't show you a seat map).

Before you submit your request, we’ll quote you with a full rundown of the costs* so there are no nasty surprises, and our Amendments team will add this to your booking if you’re happy to go through with it. You’ll then get a confirmation so you know that everything’s gone through.

*An admin fee of up to £45.00 applies if you choose for On the Beach to add extras to your holiday. See section 10 of our Terms of Business for more information.
