If you'd like to cancel your transfer, you can drop us a message via Live Chat which can be found under the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of our website.
Our customer service team are available to help on Live Chat between the hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 6:30pm and Saturday - Sunday 9am - 5pm.
Unfortunately, if you're travelling in the next 7 days then we won't be able to refund you for the cancelled transfer.
