If we owe you a refund, then once this has been authorised by us (usually within 5-7 working days), you'll receive an email from us prompting you to collect this from your On the Beach account. As savvy as our systems are, refunds aren't automatically released, so you will need to collect this. You can do this by:
- Logging into Manage My Booking
- Heading to ‘Refunds’
- Clicking ‘Collect Refund’
Sorted! The refund will now be transferred back to your bank account, and should arrive with you in around 3-5 working days.
