I can't pay my next instalment on time - what should I do?

If you are unable to make your next instalment payment on the scheduled date, you can follow the below steps to defer your payment:


Select the 'Payment Schedule' option

Click the 'Change' button, which should appear next to the upcoming payment date

Select a new date from the dropdown (up to 7 days)

Click 'Continue' on the pop-up to confirm the change


If you wish to pay some of your instalment and defer the remaining balance to a later date, no problem you can do this:


Select the 'Payment Schedule' option

Select the 'Make a Payment' option

Enter the amount you wish to pay and proceed with the next steps.

Once you have made this partial payment, you can then follow the steps above to defer your payment date by 7 days. 


Please note - your final payment date cannot be moved. For other payments, you can defer once per instalment, by a maximum of 7 days.


If you need to defer your payment by more than a week then you'll need to send us a message, and you might be charged an admin fee.
