I can't pay my next instalment on time - what should I do?

If you are unable to make your next instalment payment on the scheduled date, you can follow the below steps to snooze your payment:


Please note we charge a £5.00 admin fee for this service.


Log in to My Bookings and click 'Payments' on the relevant booking

You'll see your next payment due amount at the top of the page and an option to 'Snooze payment'

Select a new date from the dropdown (you can delay by up to 14 days)

Click 'Accept fee and continue'


If you wish to pay some of your instalment and defer the remaining balance to a later date, no problem you can do this:


Log in to My Bookings and click 'Payments' on the relevant booking

Select the 'Make a Payment' option

Enter the amount you wish to pay and proceed with the next steps.

Once you have made this partial payment, you can then follow the steps above to defer your payment date by 14 days.


Please note - your final payment date cannot be moved. For other payments, you can defer once per instalment, by a maximum of 14 days. You can only snooze a payment within 14 days of the due date.


If you need to defer your payment by more than 14 days then you'll need to send us a message, and you might be charged a higher admin fee.
