Why has my balance/next instalment not been collected?

Our system will automatically take care of collecting payments on the instalment dates you've chosen. However…you know what technology's like, so sometimes this might take a little while to process - meaning it could take up to 48 hours for the payment to go through.


Alternatively you can make a manual payment online by going to 'View and Manage booking' then under 'Payments' select 'Make a payment'

By paying manually online you also avoid our automated payment fee of up to £5.

If you make a manual payment, do not worry, our system will not attempt to take it again.
