How do I redeem my voucher?

If you've been given a voucher by us (you lucky so-and-so), you can find it in Manage My Booking. 

To use your voucher, you'll need to:

  • Place a new booking, and wait for confirmation 
  • Log into My Bookings to find your holiday voucher
  • Select the new booking which you'd like to apply the voucher to
  • Go to the ‘Make a Payment' option
  • Select the ‘Claim Voucher’ option

Congrats! This will now be taken from your overall holiday balance. If you've already paid for your holiday in full, your balance might show as a negative number once your voucher has been redeemed. Just pop us a message and we'll get this refunded back to you.
