How cruise bookings work with On the Beach
When you book a cruise through On the Beach, we place your booking directly with your chosen cruise supplier (such as MSC, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, or Celebrity Cruises). This means you get the best of both worlds - the convenience of booking with us, plus direct access to manage your cruise experience with the cruise line.
What happens after I book?
Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive:
- Your full and final confirmation from On the Beach
- Complete cruise paperwork with all your booking details
- Information about your cruise itinerary, ship, and cabin
Payments and financial matters
All payments are made to On the Beach - not to the cruise supplier.
Your payment terms are exactly as you agreed when you booked with us on our website. These terms will be clearly shown on your On the Beach paperwork.
Important: You may receive invoices or documentation from your cruise supplier that show different payment terms, deposit schedules, or advance payment requirements. You can ignore these. Your payment agreement is with On the Beach, and you should follow the payment schedule on your On the Beach paperwork only.
