I'm due a refund, but my account is closed — what should I do?

If you’ve been issued a refund but your account is no longer active, here’s what to do:

✅ If You Just Have a New Card:

No worries — if your bank account is still open, the refund will go back to that account automatically, even if your card has changed.

❌ If Your Account Is Fully Closed:

You’ll need to give us your new details.
